Blacktip shark caught inshore of Captiva Island, Sanibel & Captiva Islands & Fort Myers Charters & Fishing Guide Service.

On today’s Captiva fishing charters, Captains Joey and Josh took charters out.

Captains Joey took his charter offshore of Captiva Island. There his charter caught some nice Snapper, and four grouper, two of which were giants!

Meanwhile, Captain Josh decided to fish his charter inshore.

Josh’s charter first went to the grass flats where they caught a bunch of ladyfish. After that they switched over to fishing the Sanibel oyster bar.

They caught a few nice trout at the Sanibel oyster bar, but they could not get the redfish to bite, so they decided to move on and go shark fishing!

And in no time at all they hooked this little blacktip shark; and as always, after we snapped this photo, we released this little guy back to his home no worse for wear!
