#Captiva: Saturday, 6/22/13: Sanibel, Captiva & Fort Myers Fishing Report ~ Fort Myers, Sanibel & Captiva: Goliath Grouper

Here is a photo of a nice Goliath Grouper that was caught offshore of Captiva.

The season for Goliath Grouper has just started and we will be able to catch them until the middle of November.

Even though Goliath Grouper fights are short, they are incredibly strong, and pound for pound are one of the best fighting fish in the world.

If you want to try and catch one, let me know before we leave the dock so I can grab the rod that I need for the job.
